At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke fashion pieces. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
